At Coder's Gyan, we want you to feel confident before you commit to a course or membership. Instead of a refund window, we give you free access to a meaningful chunk of every course's lessons up front, so you already know what you're getting before you pay.
1. No Refunds After Purchase
Once a course or membership plan is purchased, it is non-refundable. We don't offer money-back guarantees or refund windows for change-of-mind, lack of time, or similar reasons.
2. Try Before You Buy
To help you decide with confidence, every course gives you:
✔ Free preview lessons: Watch a significant portion of any course for free, before paying anything.
✔ Detailed course & module breakdowns: Every course page lays out exactly what's covered, lesson by lesson.
✔ Instructor teaching style: Free previews let you experience how a course is taught before you commit to it.
This gives you far more clarity than a refund window ever could - you know what you're buying before you buy it.
3. Billing Errors
The policy above applies to change-of-mind requests, not billing errors. If you were charged incorrectly - a duplicate charge, or a payment that doesn't match what you purchased - contact us and we'll make it right.
